Fat burning ab workouts


im one of those that has upper abs but is having a hard time trying to get the full thing
what are some good workouts that can burn fat around my abs and reveal my “six pack”

 

With workouts there are 2 key rules: Weight and Repetition. If you want to build muscle you go for heavy weights (and with abs that would be something like holding a dumbell whilst doing crunches) if you want to burn fat and define your six pack go for repetition (ie doing more and more and more and more of the same crunches). But keep in mind that if you do the repetition hoping that a six pack would show and it doesn’t show it might be that there is no actual muscle there (or it is not big enough). I used to do about 300 crunches a day to get a six pack, but it was very weak, if you experience that, move into doing the crunches with increasing wieghts and then alternating that with repetitions.

An excellent abs exercise is if you balance on ur bum and then lift both ur legs and your upper body up (like a chair folding up from both ends). that works all 6 abs muscles, and even the 2 lower ones (so you could end up with an 8 pack!)
