it is too big on my image.how can i make it smaller?
depending on how you have the GIMP set up. By default tool options should appear below the tool box in the GIMP window. You can either choose a smaller brush or move the slider (where it says “scale”), to adjust its size. If you have altered the default layout, go to dialogs ? tool options — to bring it back up
