What are the major differences in potatoes?


 

There are Baking Potatoes Golden in hue with skins thin enough you can eat or so I have been told. I have had them for supper. Not dead yet but to be on safe side do not eat the skins. Brown potatoes with thick skins not safe to eat which you peel off, White Potatoes, Then differences in colour and altititude and in which dirt they grow in. Rich black dirt is said to be the best. Obvious people might say. Thing is they might grow in other types of dirt like loose top soil in gardens light brown in colour or even grey.
